Employee Volunteerism
Meaningful community engagement is a core value at Kish. Our team members belong to Kish Community Action Teams (“CATs”) in our four-county market area in Pennsylvania—Mifflin, Huntingdon, Juniata, and Centre counties. Our Community Action Teams work hard to drive many different kinds of planned volunteer activities and contributions in their communities.
Every Kish employee is provided up to 24 hours (or three days) of paid volunteer time off each year to take part in volunteer efforts of their choosing in their community. Each year, Kish employees donate hundreds of hours combined to volunteering.
