Kish Bank and Giv Local’s Community Gifting Program Directs $48,000 to Local Nonprofits in Fourth Year

STATE COLLEGE, PA – Kish Bank and Giv Local are proud to announce the latest achievements of their community gifting program, which recently completed its fourth year of providing dedicated support for local nonprofit organizations. In its fourth year, the program provided a total of $48,784 in donations to 108 community organizations, with 173 local businesses participating in the program.

Launched in 2020, Kish and Giv Local’s gifting program gives local business banking customers of Kish Bank the opportunity to “gift back” to local nonprofits of their choosing at no extra cost to them. By using Kish Bank’s debit and credit card processing services, powered by Giv Local’s payment solutions, a portion of the business’s card processing fees is donated annually to a local nonprofit of the business’s choosing. These recurring, annual gifts accelerate the important work of local nonprofits, enhancing the communities and future generations of Central PA.
