Kish Bank Expands Huntingdon-Blair Commercial Team with Two Key Additions

HUNTINGDON, PA – Kish Bank has announced the appointment of Larry Burger to the position of Vice President, Business Development Officer, and Harry Felty to the position of Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Both Burger and Felty will be based primarily out of Kish Bank’s Huntingdon Financial Center.

Burger brings over 45 years of business development and lending experience as he returns to Kish Bank after a brief retirement. He previously served as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manger for Kish Bank for 17 years after joining the organization in 2003. In his new role, he will be responsible for procuring, retaining, and expanding opportunities with emerging businesses by developing and enhancing relationships among Kish, its clients, and the community. Burger volunteers at the Williamsburg Senior Center and serves on the Huntingdon County Business & Industry as a Director Emeritus, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee and a member of the Revolving Loan Committee. He resides in Williamsburg with his wife, Joleen.

Felty joins Kish Bank with 30 years of experience in banking, beginning his career with Commercial Credit Corp. as an Associate Branch Manager in 1992. Most recently, he spent 25 years with Reliance Bank in Blair County, moving from Branch Manager to Credit Officer to Senior Commercial Banker. In his new role at Kish, Felty will work with commercial and industrial clients in the Huntingdon and Blair County regions and collaborate closely with Kish’s commercial lending staff in Centre County. Felty has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Penn State University and an MBA from St. Francis University. He currently serves on the board of the Greater Altoona Economic Development Corp., has been active on committees with the Blair County Chamber of Commerce, and served as former board chair of the American Red Cross, Altoona Chapter. Felty and his wife, Lisa, reside in James Creek, Huntingdon County.
