Kish Promotes 10 Officers in Support of Continued Strong Growth

STATE COLLEGE, PA – Kish Bank has announced officer appointments of 10 key leaders across the organization in support of its strategic growth plan and emphasis on employee development.

Garen Jenco, Vice President and Client Experience Officer, has been appointed Senior Vice President. Jenco joined Kish in 2018 as Vice President, Market Research & Analytics Manager, and was promoted to Client Experience Officer in 2020. In his role, Jenco drives Kish’s client experience and product development strategies through the utilization of data, market research, and analytics, while overseeing the organization’s marketing and communications functions.

Tim Burris, Chief Operating Officer for Kish Insurance, has been appointed Vice President. Previously Owner and Principal of Sausman Insurance Agency of Mifflintown, Burris joined Kish Insurance as Managing Director in 2020 through Kish’s acquisition of Sausman Insurance Agency. In 2021, his role expanded to include chief operations for Kish Insurance.

Lucas Craig, Assistant Vice President and Financial Advisor for Kish Financial Solutions, has been appointed Vice President. Craig has provided financial planning services to Kish Financial Solutions clients in the central Pennsylvania area since joining Kish in 2014. In 2017, he was appointed Assistant Vice President.

Lisa Kennedy, Assistant Vice President and Training & Organizational Development Manager, has been appointed Vice President. Kennedy’s career at Kish began in 2010 as Training & Organizational Development Manager, and she was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2017. Her leadership plays an instrumental role in Kish’s strong focus on employee education and development.

Six Kish team members were promoted to Assistant Vice President:

• Jennifer Beachel, Systems and Digital Utilization Manager for Kish Insurance, with Kish since 2008.
• Karen Frontz, Accounting and Operations Manager, with Kish since 2020.
• Stevi Glick, Business Systems Analyst, with Kish since 2014.
• Rick Keefer, Facilities Manager and Security Officer, with Kish since 2016.
• Gina Perrin, Personal Lines Manager for Kish Insurance, with Kish since 2006.
• Julia Robinson, Trust Officer, with Kish since 2019.
