Kish Announces Officer Promotions of Leaders Across Organization

STATE COLLEGE, PA – Kish Bank has announced seven key officer promotions in line with the organization’s strategic plan for continued growth.

Jeff Wilson, Vice President and CEO of Kish Agency, Inc., has been appointed Senior Vice President. Wilson continues his role as CEO of Kish Agency, which recently doubled in size with the acquisition of the Sausman Insurance Agency in Juniata County. Wilson’s career with Kish began in 1997 with the acquisition of the Thompson-Wilson Insurance Agency of Lewistown, forming Kish Insurance.

Seth Napikoski, Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager, has been appointed Vice President. Napikoski joined Kish in 2011 as a Credit Analyst, and was promoted to Commercial Relationship Manager in 2013. He was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2016.

Ashley Henry, Assistant Vice President and Systems & Projects Manager, has been promoted to Vice President and Lending Services Manager. With Kish since 2005, Henry’s career began in accounting. Her tenure includes promotions to Profitability Specialist in 2009, Credit Administration Portfolio Specialist in 2013, and Services & Systems Analyst in 2015. She was promoted to her current role and appointed Assistant Vice President in 2018, and was recently awarded with Kish’s “Employee of the Year Award” for 2020.

Beth Metz Gilmore, Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Manager, has been appointed Vice President. With Kish since 2006, Gilmore began her career as a teller before being promoted to the Human Resources team in 2007. She was promoted to Assistant Human Resources Manager in 2015 and to Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Manager in 2016. Gilmore earned her Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Professional Certification earlier this year.

Jeff Schleicher, Assistant Vice President and Financial Analyst, has been appointed Vice President. Schleicher began his career with Kish in 2015 as a Financial Analyst and was promoted to Financial Analyst II in 2017. He was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2019. Kati Aumiller, Retail Underwriting Manager, has been appointed Assistant Vice President. Aumiller’s career with Kish began in 2006 and includes roles as Regional Teller and Personal Banker in Mifflin County, Credit Admin Specialist, and Mortgage Specialist. She was promoted to Mortgage Underwriter in 2014, to Assistant Underwriting Managerin 2018, and to Retail Underwriting Manager in 2019. Aumiller was the recipient of Kish’s “Employee of the Year Award” in 2019.

Rick Crider, Asset and Liability Manager, has been appointed Assistant Vice President. Crider has been with Kish’s Accounting and Finance team since 2005, where he began as an ALCO Management Specialist. He was promoted to Asset and Liability Manager in 2014.
