Kish Bank and Affiliates Hold Annual Employee Recognition Dinner

REEDSVILLE, PA – Kish Bank and its affiliates held the 35th annual Employee Recognition Dinner on June 13 at the Lewistown Country Club. Dinner, entertainment, and award presentations were provided by Kish to celebrate its employees and express appreciation for their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and strong financial performance during the past year. The evening’s festivities included a welcome for 36 new employees, recognition of employees’ educational and industry leadership achievements, community impact award nominations, and presentations to employees celebrating length of service milestones from 5 to 35 years.

Bill Hayes, Kish Bank Chairman and CEO, presented the “2019 Employee of the Year Award” to Kati Aumiller, Underwriting Manager.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the “2019 Employee of the Year Award,” which was awarded to Kati Aumiller in recognition of her outstanding level of service to customers and fellow employees. Aumiller, Underwriting Manager, has been with Kish Bank since 2006. She received a presentation plaque, personal days, and a travel voucher for a trip sponsored by Kish Travel, an affiliate of Kish Bank, to a destination of her choice.

Length of service awards were presented to 30 employees celebrating milestones ranging from 5 to 35 years. Of note were 20-year service awards presented to Tina Nace, Loan Operations Specialist, and Elaine Weller, Personal Banker; 30-year service awards presented to Carolyn Leacy, Personal Banker, and Deb Wert, Commercial Documentation Specialist; and a 35-year service award presented to John Massie, VP, Commercial Relationship Manager, who received a standing ovation from his fellow employees. All recipients were presented with personalized gifts by Chairman and CEO, Bill Hayes.

Hayes congratulated the 180 employees and Board members in attendance on a year of record performance and growth, attributing it to their shared determination to make the lives of those around them, their clients, and their communities better.
